this position is remote and nationwide, but you must visit our cdmx or gdl office on the first day. As property manager, you will be in charge of:
supervise the operation and administration of the association in accordance with the management agreement and the association's policies and procedures.acts as or oversees the primary liaison with the association's board of directors and homeowners as needed.perform/direct administrative and management duties as requested by the board of directors and in accordance with the management agreement.ensure community management tools, such as the annual calendar, action item list, resolution worksheets, timed agendas, rfp matrixes, committee charters, procurement procedures, and fy operating budget, are being effectively developed and utilized.review monthly financial reports and ensure management summary is submitted to the association's board of directors.monitor corporate and client delinquency rates and collections process for account portfolio.attend board meetings per the management agreement and community events as needed.assist the board of directors/arb with the architectural review process and/or routine inspections as necessary.responsible for maintenance of the database, including updating resident information.responsible for routine and special project vendor management, including procurement and performance evaluation as contracted.coordinate and/or oversee inspections of building facilities and/or common areas and arrange appropriate follow-ups.work schedule: monday to friday11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Cst mxwe offer: competitive salary (according to experience)law benefitsremote workwork stabilitymajor medical insurancechristmas bonus of 30 days (aguinaldo)after the 3-month fixed-term contract, we add the following: minor medical insurance (clinic may vary according to your city)food vouchers (10% of the gross salary)restaurant tickets (2,052 mxn pesos)saving fund (8% of the gross salary)minimum requirements: ba in business administration, architecture, civil engineering, or similar.2 years of experience as a property manager, community manager.be capable of reading and explaining financial statements.
