we are looking for a quality technician to join our qhse team. Based in durango
- mexico.
main responsibilities:
carry out activities related to quality management in all its areas: products, processes, and procedures. Maintaining measurement and testing equipment in order and in optimal condition.
- coordinate the verification of measurement and testing equipment. If required, perform gauge r & r's to ensure equipment capacity.
- responsible for checking scales responsible for preparing equipment verification reports.
- responsible for carrying out the monthly verification program of measurement and testing equipment.
- responsible for preparing the monthly report of resistance variation in equipment support with the development and maintenance of the quality area documentation (control plans, fmea's, charts, etc.)
who are we looking for?
- this position requires a technical school level.
- experience in automotive manufacturing processes minimum 1 year.
- desirable experience in cable manufacturing processes (6 months).
- experience in managing personnel and work teams minimum 1 year.
- requires skill in using computer programs and the ability to create and use information in databases.
- knowledge of mathematics and concepts of basic statistics.
- teamwork with interdisciplinary departments
