*as a buyer -, you will be responsible to purchase goods, materials and service to ensure that the company operational needs are met ,taking in consideration forecast and demand & working close with planning, logistic, quality, engineering, manufactured teams to ensure continuity of supply. You will be responsible to negotiate long-term and short-term transactions with vendor and subcontractors. The position is likely to suit a dynamic team player with a ‘can do’ attitude. *working very close with warehouse leaders, to manage inventory levels of indirect materials and develop the best restocking strategy.*:

*handle with international supplier, placing orders, expediting, follow up in open orders.*:
*- purchase goods, materials or services aligned with demand, quality and delivery targets to met our sales projections.*:
- *manage the budget of the plant of indirect materials and propose projects to provide savings to the plant.*:
*- negotiate & review inventory opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods*:
*- identify, assess and evaluates suppliers with otd levels report to implement actions recovery plans*:
*- ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures during supplier negotiations and contracts*:
*- explore alternate sources for goods and materials*:
- *assist to daily gemba walks on the plant to know the necessities of the production department.*:
*- manage the process from purchase requisition to purchase order*:
*- contact supplier to expedite, following with quality, delivery or invoices issue*:
*- manage the procurement process of multiple projects through tender process to construction and successful completion.*:
*- monitoring and reporting of procurement results against purchasing goals*:
*- handle meetings with critical suppliers, making lob and files amount affectations.*:
*- working with weekly shortage report to avoid shortages*:
*what are we looking for?*:
*- bachelor’s degree, 1-3 or more years of experience in purchasing at least*:
- *at least 1 year experience purchasing in sap.*:
*- bilingual (english) able to have conferences with international supplier*:

*- experience in a manufacturing planning capacity & purchasing strategies mrp, kaban, rop, stock agreements*:
