Te connectivity's operations managers are responsible for the plant operation, assure the quality of our products, the continuity of the business as well as the financial performance as the operational kpi's, by promoting a high performance team.

- comply with policies, procedures & quality manufacturing system.
- achieve safety, quality, service & cost indicators.
- meet or exceed the budget expectations including expenses and absorption.
- develop, motivate and guide personnel in charge to achieve the production goals.
- supervise that the manufacturing process is on control (using statistical process tools).
- develop & maintain effective cost reduction programs.
- maintain the efficiency, downtime reduction and documentation required of the area
- personnel control management
- ensure the correct payroll administration of his personnel.
- develop cost reduction programas of scrap (pdca/gabis).
- develop cost reduction programas of productivity (pdca/gabis).
- develop people to have replacements in key positions.
- production plan achievement
- leader and be part of the teoa tools implementation.
- 6's program compliance, follow up of policies and procedures of safety.
- ensure training compliance of his personnel.
*_requirements / skills:_*
- education: industrial engineering, business administration or related. Master degree is a plus.
- 7 years of experience as operations manager
- *experience in sensors is a plus.*:
