*job purpose*
ensure all initiatives under physical channels are progressing on time and achieving results as expected.
includes in scope the writing of specific documents or dashboards to assist the management and oversight.
analysis about trends to provide awareness to physical channels head and follow up commitments with the exco of the channel and other support members.
main responsibilities:
- track the right implementation of initiatives and commitments on benefit of physical channels.
- develop the bsc of the channel and any other required document to provide visibility for the decision making.
- analyze the trend of kpis to provide insight and awareness.
- communicate as necessary all relevant matters across the structure ordered by the physical channels head (pch).
customers / shareholders
- active collaboration to ensure appropriated attendance to direct escalations sent to pch
leadership & collaboration
- conduct and oversight the initiatives delegated by pch

- team leader should have close relationship with heads of channels, products, physical channels and cos even with the support structure (local and global).
- team leader should provide scorecards daily updated as per matters under tracking.
- team leader should work very close to hr teams.

- keep updated about internal policy and mandatory training.
- escalate to management and transformation head any breach discovered along the process.
