we are looking for a *bilingual (eng) customer care representative*for one of our new proyects with great and potencial growth*.

*what you will do*:
- *solving telephone requests from existing clients of our business client.
*:
- work with internal departments to meet client's needs.
- providing information about products and services (additional services, tariffs).
- providing information on billing for services and payments for customer's services.
- resolving client complaints.
- work with service requests and their transfer to all competent departments (creation, sending, closing, informing the customer about the status of the request).
*mandatory profile requirements*:
- 2 - 3 years minimum of relevant experience in customer service.

- advanced level of english (spoken and written).

- high school graduated provable.
