This stunning property features 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 luxurious residences, located in the heart of the "tourist corridor" between cabo san lucas and san josé del cabo. Perched atop the breathtaking baja california sur, the resort offers unparalleled views where the sea of cortez meets the pacific ocean. Guests can enjoy world-class amenities, including three exceptional restaurants, three resort pools, an open-air fitness center, a serene spa & spa garden, and a versatile casa del sol event facility.
the reservations agent is responsible for selling the resort and providing information to prospective guests. To capture sales from the incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation to ensure the guest’s satisfaction.
education:
high school education or equivalent experience.
experience:
* one to three years of experience in a luxury environment.
* prior experience in reservations or rooms department is highly desirable.
skills and abilities:
* requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment.
* ability to read, speak, and write english and spanish.
* understand and be familiar with quality standards and service standards of the hotel.
* highest level of integrity and transparency.
* apply an ethical approach to the outcome of situations.
* strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* reasonable problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
* work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner.
master your craft:
* capture sales from incoming reservations calls and coordinate details of each reservation. Complete internal reservation forms.
* answer general reservations e-mail, retrieve and distribute mail, and process brochure requests.
* process wro, trust, internal reservations, and fit reservations.
* respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and residences practices.
