As an it operations lead, you will report directly to the sr. Manager of it operations for time and attendance applications.
Your responsibilities will include the execution of operational aspects related to kronos workforce central and our related time systems.
Additionally, you will coordinate with a world-class, global operations team to perform system configuration updates, monitor system performance, conduct audits for data accuracy and compliance, and address any system issues that arise.
- manage system configurations such as pay codes, pay rules, work rules, holiday credits, and workforce genies.
- troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with vendors or internal it teams to implement timely resolutions.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements, assess system capabilities, and provide recommendations for system enhancements or improvements.
- prioritize user requirements by addressing the needs of different stakeholders and user groups, including collecting feedback and providing training/assistance where necessary.
- ensure that it systems and infrastructure are secure and compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- document and enforce system standards, procedures, and policies.
- stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to it operations, as well as understanding and adapting to new technological developments.
They should be able to effectively engage and connect with others in a team setting or when interacting with our business users.

- bachelor's degree
- experience in timekeeping systems such as kronos workforce central and ukg dimensions.
- experience in certified payroll reporting.
- experience in incident management, change management, and release management.
- experience in erp systems including gl and pa modules.
- experience in sql and oracle pl/sql.
- ability to create visually appealing and engaging presentations.
- expertise in creating sharepoint sites that are intuitive, user-friendly, and customized to meet the specific needs and preferences of our users.
- ability to foster collaboration, promote teamwork, and bridge gaps between different areas of the organization.
- ability to easily adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new challenges. Comfortable with ambiguity, able to adjust priorities, and can quickly switch gears when needed.
