*about the role*:

Join the family as digital manager to manage the planning process and purchase of digital media, collaborating with the media agency to generate qualitative and quantitative value according to the objectives of the brands and the business.
*main responsibilities*:
- advise in the use of the different tools, formats and platforms to optimize the purchase of digital media in accordance with the objectives of every brand and campaign, providing a significant support to the regional media manager and the representatives of the brands
- establish and ensure compliance with the objectives for each brand's plans in collaboration with the media agency.
- manage the digital audit process
- authorize & establish action plans to correct deviations and improvements to digital campaigns.
- ensure the creation of strategic plans of digital media for 5 years in collaboration with creative and media agencies that guarantee the growth of our brands.
- you will manage sessions and workshops to update new trends, tools and digital platforms.
- manage and monitor the compliance of internal guidelines and policies for planning and purchasing digital media that increase the presence of our brands.
- achieve the fulfillment of qualitative and quantitative objectives in the short, medium and long term of the different digital campaigns.
- you will be responsible for the administration of the digital media budget to ensure that it is aligned with what is reported by finances, media agency and media vendors.
*who are we looking for?*:
- min. Degree in marketing, comunication, or similar.
- at least 4 years of experience in similar roles.
- fluency in english is mandatory.
- knowledge in campaign management for social networks.
- experience in implementation and optimization of display, digital audio, search video & ecommerce campaigns.
- experience in business manager platforms control
- management and knowledge of business ads manager, google ads, sem & seo, socialbakers or similar, google analytics, social ads, digital ad verification, sponsorships, streaming & open web.
- influencers & content creators knowledge
- proactive, responsible, results oriented and with strong influence skills.
