*responsibilities*:
- develop and implement operational and strategic hr practices to enable a best-in-class employee experience.
- strategic approach with management
- hr operations in manufacturing environment
- coordinating together with the training coordinator the training and coaching.
- workforce planning
- budgets and control expenses
- kpi improvements
- coordinates recruitment all levels
- manage employee relations/union relationship to ensure a progressive partnership.
- responsible to manage union labor relations.
- administration of employee's benefits.
*requirements*:
- bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or relevant field
- fluent in english
- 5 years of experience in maquiladoras
- high proficiency in computer technology and systems operations
- excellent communication and people skills
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
