*responsibilities*
responsible of: recruitment and selection, organizational communication, services to employees, motivational programs, training, compensation and labor relations.
administration of compensation program
represent the company against private organizations, educational and official entities to promote company interests, and gather different information from the external environment.
legal representation of the company before different official authorities.
labor relations, discipline programs to employees (performance commitment)
develop and analyze the development of the organization through different metrics as: turnover and retention, absenteeism, performance assessments, safety, seniority, work environment,.
in order to improve performance and productivity.
contribute and lead parker mexico projects (standardization practices across mexico)
develop and management of department budget
in charge of employee services through different vendosrs like: cafeteria, transportation, medical services, etc.
