your new role
as a business development manager (bdm), you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the company's presence in the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for managing and building prospecting teams, utilizing various outbound tools, and starting to achieve significant results as soon as possible. This role requires a strategic and tactical approach.
main responsibilities:
* develop and execute strategies to expand the company's presence in the us market.
* manage and build prospecting teams, focusing on outbound sales efforts.
* utilize various outbound tools and strategies to drive sales.
* achieve sales targets and bring results within the first two months.
* conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* maintain organized and disciplined work habits, including regular communication with prospects.
* communicate effectively with prospects to set and achieve sales targets.
* adapt to different roles and leadership positions as needed.
what you need to succeed:
* advanced english proficiency with strong focus on pronunciation and field related vocabulary.
* at least 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in saas, ai, or relevant startups.
* experience in the us market.
* proven ability to manage and build prospecting teams.
* strong understanding of sales methodologies and structure.
* excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
* assertive communication skills and drive to achieve goals.
* experience with hubspot and salesforce, as well as other prospecting tools like apollo and redfue.
* demonstrable ability to meet objectives and exceed quotas (50%-60% above quota).
* ability to teach and communicate effectively in short interviews (15 minutes).
* experience in b2b2c environments.
* no specific academic background required.
