4. oversee faculty development, ensuring teachers receive ongoing professional development and support.
5. work collaboratively with senior leadership to ensure the school’s academic objectives are met and align with the institution’s mission and values.
6. manage the academic staff, including recruitment, evaluation, and performance management.
7. foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
8. represent the school in academic-related external activities and build relationships with educational bodies and organizations.
required qualifications and experience:
1. a certification from cambridge university (or equivalent) in education or academic leadership.
2. minimum of 5 years of experience in academic leadership roles, ideally overseeing education from preschool to high school.
3. a master’s degree in education or a closely related field.
4. a strong track record of successful leadership and program development across a wide range of educational levels.
5. in-depth knowledge of curriculum design, pedagogy, and academic management.
6. proven ability to motivate and inspire faculty and students.
7. excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
preferred qualifications:
1. previous experience in a prestigious or international educational institution.
