- background: professional in business administration, engineering and others
- purpose: management experience based as a hunter of software developer projects, software factory, staffing, staff aumentation, core banking projects, fintech promoting the services of the company creating long term relationships.
- previous jobs: kam, account manager, sales developer, bdm, brm, sales hunter and other
*experience and expertise in*:
- it industry as sales consultant preference in software development services, staff aumentation, it services, cloud infrastructure; knowledge of interaction with vendors as microsoft, sap, oracle, infosys, aws and others.
- 5+ years sales project management in special with a solide experience bank or financial sector in banks like santander, wal mart bank, banregio, bbva, jpmorgan mexico, amex banca de 2do nível autofin, nu, klar, etc o fintech como rappi, didi, uber, etc.
- experience promoting it service (staffing, staff aumentation, software developer, core banking, software factory, etc).
- awesome relation with business decision maker like cfo, coo, delivery, service manager, etc.
- knowledge of demand generation strategies via marketing (webinars, gorwth hacking, inboun marketing, freemium services and others) outbound (lead generation, telemarketing, events, etc) is a plus experience in loyalty and referal programs.
- use and application of best practices like bant, aida, inbound marketing, agile sales.
- experience managing sales methodologies as trans selling, solutions selling, samurai sales, customer centric selling, and knowledge in the process of sales cycle lead, pipeline, forecast and predcting backlog.
