Responsible for managing the wms process from end-to-end. This includes implementation, maintenance, and improvement of warehouse management system processes. Understand and know how the process interacts with upstream and downstream processes.
key responsibilities:
* assist in preparing and analyzing project plans, test scripts, training materials, and documentation.
* develop training modules and programs.
* work closely with team members from other areas to understand client needs.
* perform the necessary analysis and consultation to identify business issues, solution requirements, and related benefits.
* lead functional discussions with the client, including integrating wms to erp.
* support all sites in wms transactions.
* conduct functional validation and testing of installed and it-tested setup programs, customizations, interfaces, and upgrades in test for mother sites.
* provide cpo support for testing local customizations.
* conduct cpo training and ensure thorough knowledge of the processes and functionalities.
* follow up on approved customizations/safe according to the functional specifications.
minimum requirements:
* computer systems engineer, business administration, or equivalent.
* 5 years of previous experience in logistics department (warehousing, purchasing, planning, supply chain).
* erp and mrp system knowledge (oracle qad preferred).
