About the role
as bdr, you will be responsible for making the first contact with prospects via outbound and inbound methods to generate quality opportunities for the sales force.
you will focus your attention and efforts on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will involve meeting with potential clients. The business development executive will also be responsible for researching client business referrals, networking, and web leads; providing prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and working with clients to create solutions for their needs and consulting throughout the sales process.
minimum qualifications
* 2 years of experience in a b2b saas/technology sales environment
* consistent track record of overachieving and professional development
* general sales experience
* ability to organize and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
* highly self-motivated with a passion for continual progress and growth
* comfortable working with multiple remote teams
* fluency in written and spoken english
preferred qualifications
* startup experience is a huge plus.

* generate business opportunities for simetrik's strategic accounts.
* encourage the growth of the pipeline through scheduling qualified meetings with aes.
* be an expert and evangelist of the services provided by simetrik.
* create strategies to contact decision-makers and prospect accounts that increase the company's revenue.
* proactively identify and launch initiatives to drive new business development growth and operational excellence.
* contact potential customers via phone, linkedin, email, referrals, among others.
* rate opportunities based on the criteria established by the growth area.
