We are dedicated to the highest standards in everything we do!*key responsibilities*- maintain and educate stakeholders on leap resource center, honeywell's internal document management system, monthly audit of leap to identify stalled records, manage profiles issues in leap.- help with sarbanes-oxley audits and internal audits to the extent controllership doesn't have command or requests inputs from uop legal.- track working capital, past dues, monetization, update opportunities spreadsheet, and business opportunities tracking spreadsheet.- promote compliance with all honeywell policies, including those relating to the approval of sales agents, competition law, export control and the schedule of executive approvals, and update honeywell intranet sites with standard documents.*key skills and qualifications*- *experience dealing with contract management systems, preferably with leap.*:- *advanced proficiency with microsoft software systems especially including word, excel powerpoint and outlook.*:- multiple years prior experience of paralegal or legal operations work.- proficiency in english.
