summary
main responsible for providing specialized support on human resources issues by guiding the execution of the hr strategy for employees in the brewery. Responsible for maintaining the order of the organizational structure and the head count aligned with the annual plan. Maintains labor relations with the union committee and staff, ensuring compliance with federal labor law, collective labor contract, internal labor regulations, and human resources policies, while promoting a healthy labor relationship between collaborators, the union, and the company.
responsibilities
1. provide hr business partner service for employees at the brewery, addressing their needs and facilitating solutions.
2. prepare and manage the annual payroll budget, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
3. review and create compensation analyses or salary changes, ensuring equity in the organization.
4. manage the use of common areas in the brewery to ensure adequate attention to staff.
5. design and organize events to enhance the work environment for staff.
6. ensure compliance with internal and external audits regarding safety and working conditions.
7. advise staff on rights and obligations established by labor laws and policies.
8. address individual work conflicts with the senior hr manager and department manager.
9. follow up on personnel dismissals and ensure proper handling of settlements.
10. maintain effective communication with the union committee.
11. monitor payments of contractual clauses in a timely manner.
12. validate and communicate the results of performance indicators and incentive calculations.
