Overview:
ensure timely delivery of reports and analysis required by customers, as well as oversee wws's quality department to ensure compliance with established standards.

- communicate the results of quality inspections to the supervisor and propose actions to improve performance.
- foster a culture of quality throughout the organization, promoting responsibility and commitment to excellence.
- lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the quality and efficiency of processes.
- supervise and coordinate the activities of the team of quality inspectors.
- update and validate work instructions.
- resolve quality-related conflicts in an effective and timely manner.
job requirements:
*education*: industrial engineering, business management or end.
desirable graduate.
*knowledge*: basic management of the office package, personnel management, iso 9001 (essential), aiag/iatf, fmea, msa, cp, sap, kpi, standard and automatic vehicle management (valid license)
*experience*: 2 years minimum in management of quality systems/coordination and/or logistics planning, customer service and personnel in charge.
*language*:intermediate english.
