Responsibility level:

principal duties:
* develop line schedule plan, considering line rates and prepare attainment report.
* ec implementation, perform impact analysis and document, objective of reduce the risk of excess and obsolete material generation. Defining phase in / phase out dates.
* add npi pilot runs to line schedule. Subassy and fg inventory control vs fill rates.
* direct contact with csr to ensure all the dates and requests are being answered and solved in a timely manner.
* monitor on time shipments by request, lead time and promise dates. Keeping results above targets.
* responsible for the be customer service email, rush orders, and customers’ requests. Emergent orders with request.
* responsible to capture root cause analysis together with the value stream team and action plan to improve metrics. System maintenance jobs, product id.
* responsible for nmr cleanup by promising according parts availability and line capacity.
* responsible for creating recovery plans together with vst when past due accumulation or special projects to measure progress.
* develop and participate in kaizen events to improve plant metrics.
* responsible for promoting a safe environment at work.
* key element in the customer service and continuous improvement culture.
* responsible to monitor and maintain past due in the lowest levels possible, by scheduling ahead due dates and creating action items with the vst for root causes.

* develop inventory reduction plans with vst for subassy and fg by converting, reworking excess of material.

requirements:
* education and skills: bachelor in industrial engineering, business administration, or equivalent experience.

* high scheduling of manufacturing lines skills (schedule based on capacity, bottlenecks, etc).
* knowledge of raw material purchases.
* advanced excel skills.
