Each day, bausch health products are used by over 150 million people around the world.our approximately 21,000 employees are united around our mission of improving peoples lives with our health care products, and we manufacture and market health care products directly or indirectly in approximately 100 countries.must have skills:minimum 5-7 years' the skillset and experience managing disaster recovery activities including the following:- microsoft azure cloud, microsoft azure site recovery (asr), zerto, data guard (or other data replication software)- backup/recovery including, cohesity, networker, tivoli tsm, (or other backup software)- linux, oracle, sql (lan cluster design)- knowledge of it infrastructure components such as: server, load balancer, firewall, dns, active directory, smtp, citrix / wvd access, backup and server monitoring- knowledge of servicenow, cmdb management, change management process as it relates to disaster recovery it planning, and ability to follow documented processes- experience with online business continuity / disaster recovery planning tools - servicenow bcm a plus- experience working with data center operations: cloud and on premises environments- working knowledge of high availability (ha)- knowledge of vendor hosting technologies (i.e., saas, draas, managed networks, cloud hosting)- leadership skillsmust have strong experience:- business continuity / disaster recovery principles, strategies and best practices- documentation of all elements of technical disaster recovery plans- coordinating and facilitating technical dr plan walk-throughs, tests/exercises meeting scope, objectives, business requirements including recovery time objectives rto's and recovery point objectives (rpo's)- coordinate after action report and resolution of issues surfaced during disaster recovery exercises- capture and report risks and single points of failover determined through testing and analysis, and recommend corrective actions- manage the development of post exercise executive summary report- manage and maintain disaster recovery exercise schedule- demonstrated experience identifying, collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reviewing technical information- demonstrated ability to report disaster recovery project status to stakeholders- demonstrated history of managing multiple projects simultaneously- demonstrated ability to develop professional reports and metrics- demonstrated ability to drive and lead dr activitieseducation/certifications:bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; master's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
