Executive assistant
job description:
provide integral administrative support to the evp, representing and liaising with business unit leaders, employees and external partners, facilitating communication and management of the evp's various issues and projects, ensuring, in coordination with the ceo's office, the proper alignment and execution of the objectives assigned to the evp, promoting and following up on the improvement of processes that facilitate information and control of the areas.
manage the agenda and logistical support for travel. Develop and maintain area operating budgets and reports, ensuring that departmental financial goals are met and overruns are not exceeded. Coordinate corporate visits and events such as business unit meetings, conventions and team building events.
what are your responsibilities?
* full administrative support to the operations evp.
* assist in the preparation of the area's annual budget and monitor expenditure on a monthly basis.
* negotiate with suppliers on matters relating to the activities of the evp and his team.
* organization of corporate events.
* support in the administrative processes and participation in the committees.
what are we looking for?
* 3-5 years' experience in areas related to the role.
* knowledge of financial information and budgeting.
* strong communication skills, problem solving, process improvement, teamwork.
* ability to analyse and perform tasks simultaneously.
* experience with microsoft office products and applications.
