*what you will do*:
- primary escalation poc for the project team related to integration process, during assigned shift.
- escalation poc for all issues towards engineering teams.
- integration schedule management.
- secure integration and troubleshoot support for planned sites.
- follow up an update internal tools milestones.
- analyze, understand scope to be worked (scope, hardware, software, physical connectivity).
- review and secure execution of implementation/integration plan.
- follow up and engage engineering teams for troubleshoot.
- monitor post integration reports or alarm reports.
- request remote support for customer acceptance.
(ready to transmit milestone - rtt)
- assign field engineer for alarm resolution
- reschedule sites for trouble shooting or cancellations/delays
- hand over sites to rf or customer (rtt) once alarms are cleared and performance indicators are in range.
- manage/resolve integration issues raised by the customer
- scope validation, aos.
submit internal change request (cr) towards project team for out-of-scope delivery (after integration complete milestone)
*the skills you bring*:
- academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (it, telecom)
- fluent english speaking (critical)
- integration and configuration understanding
- experience on scripting, optimization, rf or similar
- process management.
