lattiz is the smart milk solution for perfect milk foam, designed for professional use. It serves perfect milk foam at the touch of a button. Lattiz has a solid market position in the netherlands build from 2016 with the lattiz advance version. Lattiz has moved from stand alone solution to a full portfolio of solutions including integration into coffee machines.
as sales manager & business development netherlands, you will lead a team focusing on maintaining and expanding current business relationships with lattiz customers in the netherlands and are commercially end-responsible for the nl market.
driving this front-runner market via continuous improvement in commercial strategy, data & digital and applying value-based selling principles, is a key job to be done. Both for the existing and new to launch stand alone solutions, as for the integrated systems.

minimum requirements:
* 8+ years of relevant (key) account management experience, with a complex dmu, ensuring sustainable win-win outcomes
* fluent in dutch and english
* proven leadership skills in collaborate to win, developing others, and measuring & improving performance
* analytical, data-driven, result-oriented, and digitally savvy
* you take ownership of your work, always seeking new opportunities to make an impact. From strategic planning to project management, negotiation, and marketing, you lead initiatives from start to finish in a multidisciplinary environment to enhance customer value.
in this role, you will be accountable for:
* engaging and motivating the nl account team and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment with the direct team and the total systems organization
* developing the skills and competencies of the nl account team and providing them with regular feedback and coaching (e.g data-driven decision making and optimizing commercial execution via digital strategy)
* end-responsible for driving penetration via machine placements + new resellers + key accounts in nl
* monitoring the retention strategy execution to ensure continuous business regardless of machine lifecycle
* developing and executing the key account strategy, negotiating contracts to achieve the sales and profitability targets for lattiz in the netherlands
* identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and potential customers for lattiz in the netherlands (key accounts)
* being the commercial stakeholder within innovation project teams and overseeing roll-out in nl
* you will be closely collaborating with our outsourcing partners (including coffee roasters) for machines and factories in neunen and leeuwarden for lattiz milk.
* you will be responsible for a turnover of approximately 18 mln eur (60% of current total lattiz sales), with the ambition to double this by 2030.
in this role you will be mainly collaborating with the lattiz commercial team, systems team, horeca & bakery netherlands and consumer dairy netherlands.
externally you will build and maintain relations with senior decision makers at key accounts, coffee roasters and large horeca & bakery outlets in the netherlands.
