the customer care team (p&d - ozone technology) is a group of experts focusing on technical support globally to our local teams, emea to distributors and end clients of ozone systems.
*job description*:
the customer care engineer will work for commissioning, service and repairs of ozone systems.
the role as expert requires high motivation to keep learning and maintain expertise and includes high flexibility in the work schedule.
the position will be based approx.
60% on various customer sites and approx.
40% at home office, based in one of wts offices in europe or (preferably) our office in veolia ozonia switzerland ag in dübendorf, near zürich
*tasks and responsibilities*:
- commissioning, service and repairs of ozone systems.
- proactive customer care support at the customer; site audits, spare part management, create quotes
- maintain relationship and promote customer relationships, bring customers closer to us
- track record and experience in servicing ozone generators, uv systems or similar, - track record and experience in field services, - currently based in central europe, preferably dach with valid work permits and visa (if applicable).
*qualifications*:
- degree in engineering discipline preferable mechanical, process or electrical engineering
- good communication skills in german and english, any further language appreciated
- the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
- team player, who can exercise good judgement under ambiguous or changing conditions
