job purpose

contribute to the objectives of achieving and exceeding the goals of the insurance aop in rbwm, always seeking optimal levels of persistence through high quality sales, implementing the insurance management model which includes training, coaching, incentive schemes and motivation., measurement and monitoring.
lead multifunctional work teams with internal areas and external suppliers that allow the generation of new initiatives that lead to an increase in sales
disseminate the company's sales methodology in all divisions at the rm level to ensure the correct detection and promotion of long-term quality products that meet customer needs.
main responsibilities
proposes and negotiates initiatives, strategies and commitments with the directors of rbwm incorporating all products, services and suppliers to the existing ones to contribute to the achievement of objectives.
monitor the actions implemented by insurance managers to monitor campaigns in each division on processes, products and services, to meet the expected results.
monitoring at all times the productivity and compliance with the objectives established in the aop at the management, deputy management and rm levels.
confirms that the correct training of the collaborators is carried out in the branch, this with the required frequency and provides feedback through the productivity indicators of the area, giving tools that contribute to the performance of the participants of the various campaigns in conjunction with the directors.
make face-to-face visits to the places to provide support, review progress, have conversations with directors and deputy directors about the strategies implemented in the areas that ensure the correct detection of customer needs.
monitor the management of each divisional insurance manager to check that the sale issued is of quality and that the activities are correct, seeking to improve the persistence rates of insurance, generate a culture of talent development and continuous improvement, be a class example worldwide in our business, fostering internal and external teamwork.
permanent and active participation in work meetings with rbwm directors, both internal and external.
seek synergies with all areas inside and outside the insurance company for the implementation and use of tools, information, processes, knowledge, etc.
strengthen the post-sale service by properly linking internal and external customers with the internal areas of the insurance company to improve existing processes
support the internal areas of insurance for the development of new products based on the needs of both internal and external clients
promote a culture of foresight with the "personal finance" plan and form part of the core products of branch employees
maintain and develop leadership over the team with respect and seek the potential of the members for their development.
implement the group's legal compliance policy locally when considering compliance risk in conjunction with the global compliance officer, area compliance officer, or local compliance officer, ensuring that legal compliance training and resources are adequate, promoting a culture of legal compliance and optimizing relations with regulators; and continually identify and reassess the risks inherent in:
