- payroll software knowledge (sap, revolution, tress, etc.) - expert in calculation and solid legal knowledge in imss, infonavit, fonacot, idse, sua, sat - calculation and payment of employer obligations and social benefits - settlement calculations, additions, terminations, salary adjustments, discounts - implement internal control and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll data. - proficiency in ms programs (advanced excel) - understanding of human resources programs, practices, and regulations/legal requirements - review and compliance of internal policies and procedures related to payroll process. - permanent training and update to users of payroll system. - payroll files management (active and inactive) - general knowledge of continuous improvements methodologies
experiência y requisitos
professional & educational qualification - bachelor's degree in business, hr, or related fields - 5+ years of experience in payroll processes (end to end) - experience in manufacturing plants. Skills - leadership - strong analytical and problem-solving skills - customer focus - excellent communication skills at all levels - team player languages - fluent in english (desirable)
