We are looking for a business development representative (bdr) to increase the qualified pipeline of new opportunities for our software solution targeted at real estate brokers.
the bdr should be a self-starter with a track record of successful lead follow-up and sales development experience at multiple executive levels.
*responsibilities include*:- achieve a goal of creating 25 to 30 sals (sales accepted leads) per month- complete 100 dials and 150 crm activities per day- build lists of potential prospects to contact, educate, and qualify leads to create opportunities.- keep abreast of the industry and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to real estate brokerage prospects and customers about growing their business by streamlining their agent recruiting and retention.- follow the established qualification process and consistently use crm to document prospect interaction, ensuring efficient lead management.- develop and maintain daily plans to maximize phone time and adhere to metrics.- research and navigate business websites for key information- provide feedback on the development and optimization of crm outreach campaigns*qualifications*you align with our core values:- service the customer above all else- do the right thing - even when it hurts- hungry for achievement- coachable team player- innovative problem solver*role-based qualifications*:- near native english fluency with excellent written english skills to sell to customers in the us and canada- be humble, hungry, and sharp- minimum of 3+ years of lead qualification/business development experience- tech-savvy with a strong ability to learn new technology and ramp up quickly- ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment as a team player- positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills- motivated by persuading others- organized and diligent in handling follow-up on conversations- ability to work independently without a lot of direction- thrives in a highly competitive environment, must be driven by commissions*preferred qualifications*:- bdr/sdr or ae role in a b2b saas company- sales experience with a b2b product with a similar acv (average contract value) in the range of $5-20k usd.- outbound calling experience to cold prospects is preferred- residential real estate experience will be strongly considered*what we offer*- the base compensation of $1800, paid monthly based on experience.- depending on the achievement of the sal goals, the employee can earn up to $2250/$3500 per month with uncapped commissions.- this is a full-time (40 hours per week, monday through friday) remote role as an international contractor.- you will be paid hourly in usd based on the hours you log, and the money will be deposited in your local account in your local currency.- the work hours for the position are 9 am - 5 pm in one of the us timezones.- this is a remote position; you can work from anywhere in latam.
