As a *governance analyst* you will have the opportunity to coordinate, support, and monitor compliance efforts, and identify and implement best practices, conduct ongoing assessments of regulatory compliance performance, and eliminate any identified compliance gaps and provide support in compliance with all aspects related to government regulations.
*your tasks will be*
- develop and provide training to employees on compliance policies, practices, and reporting systems.
- identify, investigate, and report compliance issues, irregularities, and violations.
- extract, process, and aggregate data, analyze these data groupings, and generate reports.
- problem-solving skills.
- quality management, project management, and business process analysis methods (focused on government regulations).
*to be successful in this role you will need*
- bachelor’s degree in systems, accounting or related.
- knowledge in the fiscal and customs area (labor and legal knowledge is a plus)
- 2-3years of experience working in the relevant area of expertise.
