*accountabilities*:
- review all non catalog requisitions (spot, tactical, strategic) securing all of them are aligned to pepsico & gp policies & proceures.
- quote with the correct number of suppliers according to the policy and look for the best commercial option for the company.
- be in constant communication with msos, coes, vendors & users to get accurate quotes and measure performance and fulfillment of deliveries and quality of items/services.
- when negotiating, must consider needs & specification of the users.
- approve/deny requisitions according to the threshold within the sla’s.
- knowledge of all procurement processes, policies, categories & vendors
- support all mybuy users with their functional & operative doubts
- keep track of all reviewed requisitions in order generate kpis
- track and report spend, productivity and automation by month
qualifications:
