in mexico, we are the #1 personal insurance provider, protecting over 10 million policyholders.purpose or mission of the role:we are looking for people who:- build the future by driving change and innovation to achieve sustainable performance, seizing opportunities, experimenting safely, and acting with urgency.- win together by collaborating and strengthening each other to achieve success, embracing different perspectives, fostering inclusion, and creating alignment.- take ownership by delivering on commitments to our customers, taking responsibility, providing solutions, and ensuring expected results.responsibilities and duties:- lead up to two onshore and/or offshore scrum teams working on moderately to highly complex workflows.- facilitate transparency and foster a mindset of continuous learning.- conduct daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and iteration planning ceremonies to ensure full team engagement.- actively manage interdependencies among dependent teams.- collaborate with the product owner to support both short- and long-term release planning while maintaining a healthy backlog ready for execution.- work with the release train engineer and other scrum masters to remove cross-team impediments.- shield teams from external interference to ensure optimal functionality and productivity.- anticipate and address or escalate potential or actual impediments to team delivery (cultural barriers, logístical challenges).- facilitate and leverage retrospectives to ensure continuous team improvement.- track and report on agile team metrics (cfd, burndown/up, velocity), escalating issues as needed.
