This division's mission is to continuously enhance the adenza customer experience in how they consume the adenza software and services, using a strategic customer-centric approach focused on driving customer adoption and retention. Team and role overview
*responsibilities*:
architect and design new solutions and enhancements based on customer and business requirements
create and maintain build and deployment pipelines in various tools (oci-devops, ansible-tower, gitlab, jenkins)
implement, test, and run centralized logging and monitoring solution in grafana / loki
create and document processes and standards (confluence, draw.io, powerpoint)
train operations team on automated processes and procedures
work hands-on with the linux and windows systems to install the monitoring solution, test it, and automate it for a rollout in production
serve as a technical escalation point if the solution does not work
participate in dr tests to maintain high levels of readiness to ensure business continuity
skills and requirements
studies in computer science
experience in writing terraform code and gitlab pipelines
expert knowledge in kubernetes
experience in building and running docker images
basic java programming and monitoring skills
experience in writing python, bash, and power shell scripts
cloud networking experience (vcn, vpn, routing, firewall, vcn-peering, flannel overlay network)
ability to rapidly assess, analyze, and resolve complicated issues with limited initial information or direction and with varying degrees of ambiguity
willingness to step in and troubleshoot issues and incidents with limited disruption or downtime
a passion for providing excellent service to all internal stakeholders and external customers
strong problem-solving and analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills
willingness to learn new techniques and methods as well as to teach other colleagues in the team
experience in working with cross-functional teams (devops, operations, product managers) in an agile environment
