Responsibilities:
- the service delivery manager will be responsible to assist with the day to day needs of the back-office needs of our collection agency.
- is also responsible for fielding and managing client inquiries.
- to succeed in this job role, you should have good analytical and critical thinking skills.
- your ability to effectively communicate workflow processes and policies with vendors will be an added advantage.

monday to friday schedule, 7 am to 4 pm pt, full law benefits, weekly pay.
