Hr operations:
experience including payroll, benefits, and compliance with mexican labor laws
talent acquisition:
partner with local employment agencies, hiring managers and the canadian human resources team to identify and recruit top talent.
provide guidance to the local recruiting team.
initially, talent acquisition will account for up to 50-75% of the job as we look to grow and scale our new operations.
employee relations: collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
serve as the main point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving any workplace issues or conflicts.
foster a positive and inclusive office culture.
performance management: implement and support performance review processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans compliance and policies: ensure compliance with local labor regulations, health and safety standards (nom-035), and other applicable standard laws.
develop and implement local hr policies aligned with the company's global framework.
legal reporting & audits: prepare and submit mandatory reports to government authorities, imss, infonavit, sat and stps.
manage audits and inspections conducted by labor authorities plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, and initiatives to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
learning and development:
support employee training and professional development initiatives.
assist in identifying development needs and opportunities for the team, ensure compliance with mandatory employee training requirements in mexico.
