key responsibilities
financial operations & accounting:
* manage banking and accounting portals (zoho books, quickbooks, prodezk, proyecpro, or similar).
* monitor cash flow, schedule accounts receivable/payable, and ensure timely payroll stamping.
* process tax payments via online banking/governmental platforms.
* authorize payments from us banks using secure tokens.
* maintain accurate financial documentation and collaborate closely with external accountants.
billing & compliance:
* generate and track invoices, including international transactions (usa & europe).
* oversee repse compliance, company name updates, and stps reporting.
administrative support & coordination:
* organize financial procedures, contracts, and expense tracking.
* supervise payroll calculations and scheduling for staff in mexico, usa, and europe.
* provide detailed credit card transaction monitoring.
