4+ years of human resources experience - experience with hr processes and systems - bachelor's degree - experience working with kpis and slas - speak, write, and read fluently in english - experience with ms outlook, excel, sharepoint, amazon projects, word, slack and chime- experience with process improvement and stakeholder management- experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards- working knowledge of hris or applicant tracking systems are preferred.- prior experience managing multi stakeholder programs, vendor management, or operational management.- exceptionally strong interpersonal verbal/written skills.- ability to work with very diverse groups of people at all levels of authority.- flexibility and adaptability in dealing with rapidly changing priorities and demands necessary, including daily work location and business line support.- ability to work in a complex organization that is fast-paced and constantly changing to meet current challenges.- must have strong initiative and the ability to work independently with mínimal direction/supervision.- excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet competing deadlines under pressure while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.- local travel up to 25% required.
