Packaging engineer
what you’ll do:
responsible to design, validate, approve and maintain specifications for primary and alternate packaging for customers and suppliers. Ensure availability of packaging during serial production and new launch stages. Responsible to create and provide a clear cost analysis including contracted volume with customer and/or supplier. Constantly looking for packaging cost reduction opportunities. Acknowledge and meet new launch stages to provide design and packaging on time. Implement and promote adherence to standards in terms of packaging approved in autoliv. Develop and implement packaging forms and standardized work instructions to production area on how to manage packaging. Generate cost reduction workshops. Focus on creating and integrating solutions in robust packaging ideas to meet external and internal customer needs. Successful new launches. Meet as242, 244 and 246 standards. Generate cost reduction projects (vevas). Meet packaging budget for serial production and new launches.

• 2 years in project management.
