We have a very unique, fun and collaboration-focused company culture and are looking to add a demand generation marketing manager to the mix in our guadalajara office. Reporting to the vp of marketing, this key role will lead our metrics and roi-focused efforts to generate leads for sales and then help nurture them as they progress in our funnel.what you'll dolead and oversee our demand and lead generation efforts, including account-based marketing (abm) strategies.strategize, build, and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, paid/organic social, online ads, webinars, events, seo, etc.) to generate a strong, steady and predictable flow of marketing qualified leads (mqls).utilize abm tactics to work closely with sales to attract and nurture prospects at all stages of the sales funnel.constantly improve programs with an intense focus on channel results, roi and optimization.own the metrics, analytics and reporting for all demand gen activities.improve data integrity through data cleansing, list segmentation, data alignment, and implementing process and workflow improvements.develop and manage campaigns with strategic partners to extend our reach.manage third-party data, martech and other vendors.work closely with other members of the marketing team (brand, marcom, product marketing, etc.) and sales to consistently improve our results and ensure our success.qualifications5+ years of metrics-focused demand/lead generation and account-based marketing experience; experience promoting a b2b saas company is preferred but not required.experience managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including email, seo, paid media, social media, events, and direct mail.intense focus on marketing metrics, program roi, and optimization. This role requires a data-driven approach, so a strong analytical mindset will be key to success.strong understanding and experience using martech and crm platforms like pardot, marketo, hubspot, sfdc.com, eloqua, etc.; (hubspot strongly preferred).ability to dive deep while maintaining a strategic, high-level perspective.comfortable with web technologies and can learn new applications quickly.a self-starter who makes decisions quickly and confidently.ability to multitask high-level projects while still delivering core job functions.comfortable working solo, but also thrive in a team environment.can think creatively and have a willingness to experiment (even if that means failing a time or two).this position is based in our guadalajara, mexico office, with an in-office requirement of minimum 3 days per week.does this role sound like the next step in your career?We’d love to hear from you!
