that's why we're looking for an experienced partner program executive to help us scale by defining and implementing an operations enhancement and communications plan for our marketplace of top brands and retailers.
that role will be directly reporting to the spain market lead.
responsibilities identify, engage, and recruit qualified agency partners across the e-commerce eco-system that align with our strategic business objectives.
analyse market trends and partner performance metrics to refine recruitment strategies and optimize business outcomes.
drive revenue growth by facilitating successful agency partnerships that increase seller onboarding.
serve as the primary point of contact for agency partners during the onboarding process.
develop training materials, conduct webinars, and provide ongoing support to ensure agencies are fully equipped to onboard new sellers effectively.
develop and engage platform ecosystem building collaboration initiatives and events for key stakeholders.
gather feedback from partners to continuously improve onboarding processes and tools.
maintain regular communication with partners, addressing concerns and providing strategic guidance.
monitor and report on key performance indicators (kpis) related to agency performance, new seller acquisition, and revenue growth.
qualifications bachelor / master's degree in management, business administration, engineering or marketing.
1-3 years of marketing or sales experience at a leading consulting firm, consumer goods company, or e-commerce business.
strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
strong track record of engaging multiple, international, demanding stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
strong initiative and bias for delivering impactful business projects.
strong understanding of the es local marketplace landscape.
proficiency in office, particularly in excel.
fluency (c1) in spanish and english.
