*job description*:tunecore's artist and partner relations team works with our artist community, dsp and industry partners, and internal teams to provide best-in-class digital distribution.reporting to the manager of artist & partner relations, the content specialist will join our team and help drive the company's dedication to its artists' growth, and support the artist & partner relations team in providing top-tier clients a personal relationship, promotional opportunities and education.job purpose:as a content specialist, you will support the artist and partner relations team in all areas we work within including artist and partner relations, brand marketing collaborations, release strategies and success, and education.your work with artists and clients will be to swiftly and efficiently coordinate their support-related requests with artist support and operations teams to ensure successful, on-time releases and/or release corrections and follow-up for status updates to confirm resolution.you will coordinate and execute manual release strategies including, but not limited to, staggered instant gratification tracks, timed releases, and the delivery of manual program assets.you will manage the riaa certification process for tunecore artists and clients, and share status updates across the apr team and brand marketing teams.you will organize priority release submissions and assets for submission to dsps and new music friday playlists, and source and record playlisted and featured releases
