You´ll be in charged with assembling and leading a proficient team, strategizing workforce allocation, streamlining workflow processes, upholding elevated productivity benchmarks, and comprehending the intricacies of the business model (gmp).

1. 3 years at least as warehouse operations manager for retail companies
2. advanced english
3. we are seeking a candidate with a comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations from the foundational level, enriched with strong commercial insight.
4. experience is highly regarded, yet the openness to embrace innovative solutions and the flexibility to adapt to the standard of warehouse operations are paramount, ensuring we meet our customers' evolving needs.
5. actively collaborate with the floor team, striving to enhance the work environment, streamline operation flows, and innovate team management practices.
6. a pivotal aspect of this role is fostering team unity to achieve daily targets, especially during peak seasons, leading by example at the forefront of operations.
7. a sense of ownership over the products is essential, treating them as your own, and viewing yourself and your team as a vital component.
8. direct engagement with customers on the floor is critical, requiring the provision of timely updates and constructive feedback. With customers present year-round, maintaining close operational oversight and nurturing strong relationships is key to managing expectations successfully.
9. moreover, a proficiency in data analytics will be a cornerstone of success in this position. The ability to interpret and apply specific metrics, alongside the capability to compile thorough reports, is crucial. These reports should not only reflect a profound operational understanding but also facilitate effective customer expectation management.
key responsibilities :
10. develop and nurture operational teams across various functions in alignment with organizational structure, including operation supervisors, system superusers, outbound and inbound leaders, among others.
11. conduct prompt evaluations of supervisors to ensure their proficiency in steering the team towards operational kpi achievement, recognizing their pivotal role in swiftly stabilizing new operations.
12. facilitating training initiatives and fostering the growth of team members to attain career development objectives.
13. work with dc manager to manage the surge in volume during peak seasons, such as "rebaja," which may escalate to 5-10 times the daily volume.
14. lead and facilitate training sessions for team members to grasp intricate operational processes and systems, fostering a comprehensive understanding of kpis and operational models.
15. guide supervisors in creating daily operational plans for each team based on customer forecasts and the current operation team's performance levels (productivity).
16. monitor and analyze production and productivity metrics for each team, fostering seamless collaboration among supervisors and ensuring the smooth progression of operations.
17. oversee inventory supervisors' collaboration with system superusers to promptly address and resolve incident orders, ensuring the maintenance of healthy inventory levels.
18. ensure managers and supervisors maintain visibility of working hours and productivity metrics for each task.
19. foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging and motivating teams to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity continually.
20. collaborate closely with the dc manager to ensure a comprehensive understanding and achievement of monthly gmp targets.
