- develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure the right talent is in place to meet current and future demands.
- ensure succession planning programs to identify high-potential employees for leadership positions.
- design or enable our talent with training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- support the design and implementation of performance management systems.
- provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making in talent planning and development.
- ensure an alignment of framework of clear and effective employee communications on a broad variety of topics.
- contribute to deliver a holistic workforce experience throughout a meaningful in-person activities that allow our talent to connect with the company and their sense of belonging
- oversee initiatives and feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and focus groups, to enhance employee engagement and improve the overall employee experience.
