*ingredion *is hiring a *talent acquisition partner *who will be responsible for the associate level recruitment of one or more manufacturing plants accross the us or canada.
*core responsibilities*:
- foster productive, collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- proactively resolve issues through effective communication and customer service and talent acquisition process improvements.
- develop hiring plans for assigned plants/locations based on demand.
- identify and attract high-quality talent for requisitions and stakeholder groups supporting diversity & inclusion efforts.
- manage full life cycle recruitment, from sourcing to pre-hire actions.
- maintain data integrity in the ats and ticket system.
- ensure consistent utilization and updates for compliance and reporting.
- stay informed about talent market trends and advise relevant stakeholders.
- bachelor's degree required. Major in business, organizational psychology, or hr preferred.
- advanced verbal/written english communication skills required.
- 1 year of hr experience, ideally with some recruiting activities at the associate level and/or across different roles.
- experience working in a multinational company with an international scope of responsibility (us & canada specifically), ideally in union manufacturing, food or chemical production environments (_preferred_).
- experience with applicant tracking systems (workday or similar) (_preferred_).
- proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
