f5 marketing analytics is looking for a savvy data analyst to help drive data-based decision making, including developing insights and recommendations for marketing mix optimizations and go-to-market investment decisions.

this position reports to the director of marketing analytics.
*primary responsibilities*
- lead end-to-end bi dashboarding, score carding, and other reporting projects to help tell the marketing data story
- maintain a passion for pursuing significant insights that help lead to key strategy decisions and improve marketing campaign performance
- partner with key marketing stakeholders to build, publish, and maintain revenue generation forecast models
- proactively research and source relevant data to help the organization maintain lead funnel conversion rates and develop annual benchmarks and targets
- gather requirements, iterate with stakeholders to genuinely understand their needs and how to best visualize their data, followed by design, deployment and ongoing improvements
- identify data source gaps and help define the business tools and processes to begin capturing the right data to answer business questions
- work cross-organizationally to align metrics and reporting
- ensure a high-level of data quality and accuracy across all relevant data sources
- act as a consultant for internal partners for all reporting, analytics, and visualization related topics
- partner with it to provide requirements and project management to operationalize key data sources for the enterprise data ecosystem and core business reporting
*experience and qualifications*
- bachelors degree in a relevant field required
- 5+ years of relevant marketing analytics work experience data manipulation, analysis, and advanced visualization skills using sql, tableau, and excel
- experience in working with enterprise data warehouses required
- modelling and forecast skills required
- familiarity with marketo and/or salesforce (or equivalent) data experience required
- proactively takes project ownership and accountability for analytics and reporting projects, requirements gathering, and documentation
- eagerness to lean-in, learn and ask the right questions
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
