As a sr territory leader, you will provide support to dealers to boost their sales, monitor the behavior of products through key indicators and manage the human capital of stores!
*key responsibilities*
- provide accompaniment and advice to the directors through the recommendation of products.
- make visits to the assigned points of sale and visit external clients such as (carpenters, blacksmiths, hotels and industrial warehouses).
- supervise the level of service and experience compared to end customers.
- analyze the market add indicators to understand the behavior of the point of sale.
- negotiate with the advisors on the improvement of points of sale, openings, field salesmen and productivity bonuses.
- generate administration and development of point of sale staff.
*qualifications*
- bachelor's degree in administration or engineering.
- +5 years of proven experience in commercial, retail or technical knowledge of a product.
- intermediate or basic english level to develop internally.
- desirable intermediate level of microsoft office package.
- based in tuxtla gutierrez and travel availability within the mexican republic.
- high proficiency in skills such as information analysis, proactivity and negotiation!
