*role overview*:
as a sales assistant, you will support our sales team, managing customer accounts, providing customer service, and helping to grow our customer base.
you will also assist in research, and the coordination of various activities to ensure our sales team's success.
*main responsibilities*:
- *account management and customer servi*ce: assist in managing customer accounts, including order processing and tracking.
provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and maintaining positive customer relationships.
collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve customer issues.
- *sales support and research*: conduct research to identify new sales leads and market trends.
assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
contribute to sales forecasting and reporting to support sales strategies.
- *trade support*: assist in sales quoting, contract management, and negotiation.
build and nurture strong customer relationships to maximize account retention and upselling opportunities.
provide traders with training support and crm management.
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- previous experience 1-2 years: in sales support, customer service, or account management is a plus.
- advanced english is required
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
*salary*: $16,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month
