essential job functions
lead the purchasing portion of new projects, owning the component until is fully deployed into production
creation/validation of purchase orders with supporting documentation
establish communication with suppliers, following up on delivery status including coordination and tracking of shipments
expedite urgent materials in case of any discrepancy, variation of demand, vendor delays, etc.
reconcile supplier invoice discrepancies and execution
gap analysis comprehension, detection and, execution
summary of requirements (qualifications, experience, skills)
experienced in sap, excel (advanced), microsoft office
goal oriented mindset
self-motivated and self-directed individual requiring minimum supervision
high sense of urgency
very organized
