*about the role*:
as an employee relations administrator in the tier 1 employee and manager support section of the global business centre, you will play a key role in ensuring administration underpinning all employee relations processes is completed accurately and on time and manage all tier 1 queries through to resolution or escalation.
*key responsibilities*:
key responsibilities will include:
- providing advice and support to our employees and people managers on all basic employee relations process queries that come into the kerry gbs
- identifying and escalating to the tier 2 specialists, those cases that are sensitive or complex or could carry with them extra risk or exposure to the business
- support the formal case cycle and help to coordinate the case management process using the required technology and methods of communication.
- assist in the co-ordination and delivery of training and development to people managers to coach and upskill them, enabling them to appropriately manage and develop their people and build high performing teams that deliver
- monitoring and reporting on kpis, raising issues for follow up with the hr advisor and people managers where appropriate.
- completing regular and ad-hoc report requests.
- ensuring a positive experience for all employees and people managers, even when processes and situations are challenging ones, by maintaining respect for individuals and delivering excellent customer service at all times
- ensuring all tier 0 (self-service) information and guidance is up to date, relevant and accessible to all employees and people managers, by making legislative and statutory updates to existing knowledge base articles as and when requested
*qualifications and skills*:
1-2 year experience, hr qualification
employees, managers, hr centre's of excellence, hr business partners, operations, finance, 3rd party vendors & regulatory bodies
high level of english language proficiency as this is kerry's most widely spoken language.
confidently able to successfully deliver services and have high quality interactions with business partners and customer groups.
able to select the most appropriate method of communication to any given situation and tailor approach accordingly to ensure the most receptive audience and the best likelihood of influence and success.
knowledge of relevant employment law and local regulations.
knowledge of gdpr and data privacy laws, employee relations case law, disciplinary, grievance and long-term absence best practises etc.
