Working closely with the regional hr services team responsible for latam, you will be responsible for delivering local hr administrative tasks within your regional scope. You will be interfacing with colleagues from other regions and supporting the ownership of operations performance of hr services, ensuring and maintaining fit-for-purpose processes, governing end-to-end delivery. You will also drive hr transformation initiatives within your country responsibilities, reviewing and implementing harmonized and standard processes, working closely with counterparts in payroll, local hr, hr systems, and with external vendors/stakeholders. Additionally, you will be working closely with hr local, ensuring excellent operational delivery of diverse hr administrative tasks and being the initial contact for escalations (local hr, gbs & country team assistants).
this role will support two locations, guanajuato and leon; the candidate should be willing to be on-site 2 days in each location, working 4 days a week.
how you’ll make an impact
1. a "regional hr services specialist" works alongside the regional hr services manager, ensuring efficient and effective hr services delivery through an eco-system of providers, i.e., employee life cycle support, employee inquiries, people and organizational data management, etc.
2. responsible for the operational delivery of hr administrative tasks.
3. support in driving change initiatives in the area of responsibility.
4. building and strengthening process know-how to future-proof the organization.
5. support of other hr it / business process initiatives, e.g., contributing regional or topic expertise and aspects, playing a key role in the roll-out in assigned countries.
6. work closely and support in the service management of the business process outsourcing service providers, ensuring quality gates, whilst playing a key role in deficiency resolution.
what you bring
1. bachelor’s degree with a focus on human resources or comparable know-how/experience.
2. professional experience in hr services / business processes including shared services / hr bpo outsourcing operations, i.e., hr administration, payroll, hr query management (service desk) (3-5 years).
3. experience in supporting the management/service management of an eco-system of partners/vendors in hr services.
4. english desirable at an intermediate level.
5. problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
6. analytical skills and fact-based decision ability, self-directed with an ability to organize, plan, and prioritize.
7. outstanding communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills.
8. self-motivated to drive initiatives through to completion as an individual contributor and through others, and ability to thrive in a global environment, working flexibly where required.
9. workday hcm, servicenow, sap desirable.
