responsibilities
the opportunity
join our team as a talent acquisition analyst for brazil, where you'll lead the entire external recruitment process, ensuring alignment with local requirements and developing key sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
your impact
as a ta analyst for brazil, you will:
1. manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
2. facilitate hiring manager intake meetings to align on process, slas, and profile requirements.
3. post job openings through hbs and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring teams.
4. screen, assess, and interview candidates using behavioral-based methodologies, presenting a diverse slate of qualified candidates.
5. collect interview feedback and facilitate consensus discussions.
6. prepare and send offer letter detailed forms (oldf) and obtain necessary approvals.
7. extend verbal offers and negotiate terms if needed.
8. communicate feedback to non-selected candidates.
9. ensure service delivery and meet kpis like time to accept (tta), time-to-find/hire, and hiring manager satisfaction scores (hmss).
10. build strong relationships with hiring managers, hr partners, and mbs/hbs teams to ensure efficient processes and high-quality results.

qualifications

14. familiarity with linkedin recruiter and crms
15. experience using powerpoint and excel
